Birmingham on the campus of The University of Alabama at Birmingham. This position can accommodate a full-time or part-time work schedule and is available for flexible start and end dates during the summer of 2022.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent legal research and analysis skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Qualified rising second-year and third-year law students
  • Strong academic record as an undergraduate and law student, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform timely and effective legal research and writing
  • Assist University Counsel in projects or matters as needed

Summer law clerks receive compensation of $30.00 per hour. This position is not benefits eligible.
